Cristiano Ronaldo has hailed Carlo Ancelotti as a "great person and coach" on the back of an almost perfect 2014 for Real Madrid.
The Italian guided the club to their 10th Champions League title in his debut season in charge of the club last term, as well as the Club World Cup in December, with the side now in the midst of a 22-game unbeaten run in all competitions.
Ronaldo has played a starring role having already scored 34 goals in 27 appearances this season, but was quick to applaud the professional and personal qualities of his coach.
"The coach has great importance," he said to AS. "He is a great coach and a great person. We are all delighted with him. Together we are a united family that will try to overcome the successes of 2014."
Though the success of 2014 would appear difficult to surpass, Ronaldo fully believes the club are in fact capable of improving on the last 12 months and vowed to do everything in his power to achieve exactly that.
"I hope 2015 will be better," he continued. "We have a spirit that can lead us to the maximum possible titles. It would be a dream if it was like 2014 or even better.
"It is possible because Madrid is always a candidate to win all the competitions in which we play. Let's go to the death to win all the titles."
