The event which was put together by best friends Waje and Latasha Ngubwe was attended by close friends of the mum–to-be including Tiwa Savage, Toke Makinwa, Lami Philips, Rita Dominic,Toju Foyeh and Kunbi Oyelese, Sasha P, Toolz, Gbemi Olateru, Damilola Atcoh, Andrea Giaccaglia, Chigul, amongst others.

Breaking News: Alison-Madueke denies that six countries turned down her asylum request

This evening Sahara Reporters published a blockbuster report they got from Business Council for Africa (BCA) claiming that Petroleum Minister, Mrs Diezani Alison-Madueke, has been denied asylum by six countries where she had so far applied. The report claims she's looking for a country to run to before Gen. Buhari takes over as president because she's scared she might be probed or jailed.

But reacting this evening, Alison-Madueke, through the Group Public Affairs GM of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Mr. Ohi Alegbe, said there's absolutely nothing of such happening. Tam David-West says - Buhari will reduce petrol to N40/L

Former Minister of Petroleum and Energy, Prof. Tam David-West, in a telephone conversation with Vanguard said Buhari will reduce the current fuel price which is N87 to about N40 per litre when he becomes president.

Photos: Burglars hacked to pieces with a Samurai sword after their victim fought back

 

49 year old Dias Costa defended his home from four armed burglars by hacking them to pieces with a Samurai sword when they invaded his home in Cordoba, central Argentina late at night.

According to a report by Mail Online, Costa slashed the face, arms, and necks of the raiders, who fled the property in a getaway car while dripping with blood. All of the men are currently in intensive care

Breaking News: CBN reduces annual overseas spending from $150,000 per Nigerian debit card to $50,000

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has cut the annual overseas spending by Nigerians using any Nigerian banks debit card from $150,000 to $50,000. It has also brought down the daily usage card limit to $300. According to the CBN, the move is being taken to reduce the pressure on the Naira.

In a circular signed and issued yesterday April 14th by the director, Trade and Exchange Department, Olakanmi Gbadamosi, the CBN said the new limit takes effect from Monday, April 13, 2015.
